Although the process seemed snake-bit from the start, and continued throughout, it was just normal things that happen in such a project. The company responded properly and kept me informed as to what was happening. The employees I dealt with were professional, courteous, careful and thorough. The car was delivered as promised, although a day later than planned due to a breakdown. Can't blame the driver for a tire blowout! All in all - good job.
