No deliver and no communication

Basically, you have no recourse to anyone to get answers! Originally, my car was to be picked up on 2/28. I told them that i would be leaving for vacation on 3/14. Then they pushed it to 3/1, and then to 3/2. It never got picked up on 3/2 because the driver had to pick up a truck that was larger than described by the owner. So they pick that car up and not mine - i'm sure it was larger with a larger fee.

Ultimately, they guarantee me that it will be picked up on Tuesday, 3/8. On Friday, 3/11 they call my cell phone to tell me the car was picked up that morning and would be delieverd on Saturday or Sunday (3/12 or 3/13). Becky leaves me the number for the driver - he never answers the phone or returns my call. I get a call from a Steve at some company named Infinity on Friday. I have no idea why or how they are involved, but i return the call. Steve had left the office early and no one else in the office has any idea about my situation. They give me Steve's cell phone number, but he never returns my call.

It's now Sunday evening, 3/13, at 7:35 pm and my car has not been delivered. I cannot reach anybody and nobody has called to let me know what is going on with the car. I leave for vacation tomorrow morning without having any idea what is going on with the car. I've had to make arrangements for someone to be at my house all day on Monday, just in case they ever do deliver the call.

It has been an unbelievably frustrating experience. Very poor execution on the delivery and very poor communication.
