I had made arrangements to have my 2014 Corvette picked up in New Jersey by Kerbeck about a week beforehand and was told that once we got closer to pick up that they would contact me to finalize arrangements and for me to advise the dealer. The day before, i was told that the dispatcher would contact me. Nothing. The morning of the day i was expecting to get the car picked up i tried to speak with the dispatch 4 times and was either told to leave a message because they couldn't speak or that i needed to wait on "eternity" hold. Either way i never spoke with the dispatch and after the 4th time i just told them to cancel the pick up. If this was the way i was going to be treated before they even had my car, i can't imagine how i would have been treated once they had it. I called Thomas Sunday afterwards, and the car was picked up a couple of days later and delivered earlier than expected. Great experience with Thomas Sunday. I hope this helps those looking for a customer friendly high quality car transport.
