wasted my time, quoted me low, then asked for $300 more to get me moved.

I went with exclusive auto logistics because they gave me a good quote. I should have known early off from speaking with Leo that this wasn't going to go smoothly. Leo seemed otherwise uninterested an did not pay attention to dates times or special requests as I had to repeat them several times before he could retain the dates addresses and names for my order while setting things up. Contact with the company was one sided as in I called them but they rarely called me. They first told me to give them two days to get me assigned to a carrier and that they were working on my order, then they told me they would need a few more days but that trucks where in the area and they would get thing settled no later then monday morning (one day before my scheduled pick up). Of course, by Monday afternoon I have to call them since they didn't think to call and finally by the end of the business day I receive a message from Carlos in customer services apologizing for not getting me on a transport and then asking for more money ($300.00) to get me on a transport that wednesday or thursday 2 days beyond my scheduled pick up date of the 16th. Stay away from this company as your deposit is all they are interested in. They will quote you low and string you along while wasting your time. Then when your just about out of time and you need to ship your car, they ask for more money. I requested a refund and have gone with a carrier who will end up costing me more then the extra money exclusive was asking for on principle. STAY AWAY!

We really try to accommodate every customers request on pick up availability. Unfortunately, there is not a carrier in all the areas the United States at every ones pick up availability. But usually we do locate a carrier within a few days of customers request of there pick up date. On Mr. Wadsworth case, there was a carrier interested in picking up his vehicle but the carrier requested more money, this is not something that goes to us it was a request of that particular carrier, every carrier has different available space for vehicles that is the reason this particular carrier requested more money, It is not the same when a carrier can fit 10 vehicles verses another one that fits 5 vehicles. The one that fits more can give a better price verses the one that can only take 5 vehicles then he requests more money to make it worth the trip. No customer is obligated to pay more, it was an option we had on hand and Mr. Wadsworth couldn't accept, so he cancelled his order and was given a full refund. We are not here to take anyones money. We are here to provide a service.
