Did not treat vehicle with care

First off, this shipment took place during Winter Storm Clio and it was on an open carrier all the way across the country. Obviously my vehicle was going to be very dirty and I am totally fine with that. My vehicle I shipped was a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with 13k miles and absolutely showroom clean inside. FYI, It has light gray cloth interior.

I receive my vehicle and the outside is a layer of dirt and ice, no problem at all, I didn't care. When I got inside my vehicle is when I got angry. There was fresh muddy footprints and the floor, and muddy fingerprints in a dozen different spots. The seats, the door jam, the headłiner, the steering wheel, and around the seat adjustment handles there were muddy finger prints. Basically the driver didn't care enough about my property to clean his hands or wear clean gloves to unload my truck, or at least wipe up the mud.
