Michael will do anything and say anything to get your business. I read the contract he sent which said he is a broker and that his fee is $200...I have no problem with that as it was clearly disclosed. Where he will get you is after you pay him his fee. He quoted me a total of $896 to have my car transported which included his fee, but in his contract, it says that the only fee locked in is his and that the drivers fee is "open". I was uncomfortable with this and called him to tell him I was not signing it. He assured me that his quote was accurate which I was a bold faced lie to get my business. He booked my shipment for 25% more without telling me, knowing he had assured me it would not be more than his original quote. That is bait and switch by definition. I spoke with the actual shipping company and he booked my shipment with Michael. You are going to get screwed by United Trucking if you use them because all they want is your $200 fee. I repeat, DO NOT use United Trucking...you will regret it.
