The sales agent was very kind and personal. She explained the process in great details. She was also very frank about the pricing. Although Ultimate Transport 123’s price was higher than most of the others, I still chose it for the peace of mind .The driver was very professional too. I did not meet him in person, but the person who helped handling the pickup for me highly praised him for the detailed examination on the car. The delivery was good and prompt. Overall, it was a very smooth transport. I will use the company again when needed.
