Transportation of 2 Vehicles at once

Per your email below, I would have to rate Stateway Auto 5 out of 5. Here's why:

1. The inital email quote that came in was competitive - not the lowest and not the highest, but competitive

2. Sales representative Susie Edwards was everything you want in a rep: clear, concise and polite

3. The very morning after a 3 day holiday weekend, I received an email stating a truck had been dispatched to pick up my vehicles in NY (I wasn't expecting this email for 5 - 7 business days given the backups of the holiday weekend and Hurrican Irene).

4. About 30 minutes after I received my email, I received a call from Galinda at FIS Transport (the subcontractor, I presume) who gave me the details on shipping timeline...my two cars going from NY to MA were going to be picked up in a few hours. She had ALREADY CALLED the person the cars were being picked up from (i.e. the seller) and the person who was to receive the cars (my mechanic's shop) before she called me. Basically, it saved me the trouble of having to make those calls and most importantly, gave everyone the impression that communication between all parties was of good quality and information regarding times, arrivals, etc. was up to date. I think we'll all agree, communication is KEY in these situations where you have moving timelines and multiple parties involved.

5. Trucks arrived in MA then next morning unscathed at my mechanic's shop. My mechanic was emailing me by 9am telling me he had accepted shipment and had paid the driver.

I honestly don't think this all could have gone any smoother, so let's give credit where credit is due. Nice job everybody. Would definitely use Statewide Auto and FIS Transport again.
