This was the 2nd time I shipped my car and I have to say that I was very impressed with this company. Neal explained everything to me because I had a bad experience last year with a different company. Neal quoted me the price on my route and explained exactly how all of this worked. He was there each time I had a question and between him and the customer service department, each one of my calls were answered or returned promptly. My car was picked up and delivered in the window of time I was explained and the driver was very nice and prompt as well. I now have my transport company that I will use every year to move my vehicle. I move twice a year and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their vehicle. This company is a 5 star in my books!
