I shipped my car from Gainesville, FL, to Folsom, CA. They placed my car for pick up on the 15th of the month and it was picked up within three days. Delivery was very fast compared to the distance. They delivered my car as is. The driver picked my car right in front of my house and dropped it right at the destination location. The helpline at Ship a direct was very helpful. They allowed me to track the car in transit. Ask for Jennifer in regular hours. Usually, she is very sincere and responsive.
