I contacted Ship a Car Direct a bit over a week ago to arrange for a transport from the west coast to the east coast. The process was simple yet I had many questions (their site answered most of them). Calling in led me to a the receptive staff and they handled the rest. I signed up for a transport, was contacted a week prior to my delivery date, and my car arrived on the first day. 10/10 will be using Ship a Car Direct again when I move back to the west coast.
