It all initiated with an online quote that I was given, then I received a call from Christina who was really caring and helpful, she explained to me exactly the way the shipping worked and it was clear to me the higher you pay the best chances of getting a carrier assigned sooner; what sold me was her willingness to work with me and my situation, being a New Yorker with the difficult times we are going through it was really appreciated to know that people still care and they are not just trying to take your money and run, Thanks Christina! Also, kudos to Frank who was the driver that made the delivery very quick, easy and without a scratch. Great experience! Will be recommending it to my family and friends. Thank you :)
