ShipACarDirect is incredible. I know because we contracted with two others to move our car from CA to NY only to have them disappear. First we hired RoadRunner Auto Transport. Gave them three weeks notice. They contacted us the day they were supposed to pick up the car telling us it would be a few more days. Fired them. Then we found Direct Connect Auto. They told us how horrible the industry can be and were sympathetic. They told us they'd take care of it that day. Then they disappeared (turns out they had a F- BBB rating). Finally we found Wade at ShipACarDirect. A+ BBB rating. While unusual on short notice, he and his team found a carrier within a couple of hours. The car was delivered a week later in NY in perfect condition. I highly recommend ShipACarDirect. Awesome company. Awesome service. Thank you. P.S. Avoid RoadRunner Auto Transport and Direct Connect Auto.
