I had to reschedule due to work and was accommodated accordingly. There was no extra charge. The pickup was delayed by a bit, but the driver informed me of the delay. Texting the driver seems to the best method. The driver was meticulous and made sure the car was secured. Overall the car was delivered on time and with no problem.
