John was great and very helpful. He normally replied my emails promptly to address my questions or concerns. The only minor issue was the price. I thought that the quoted price was fixed and that always there is a carrier available a few days before my pickup date. However, the quoted price got increased a bit. Overall, it was a great experience with this company, I got a good/nice carrier and received my car as promised. Definitely would use this company in the future even though the price is higher than others.
