We have shipped cars to the west coast using other brokers over the years. Ship A Car Direct has provided the best user experience by far. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We liked that there was actually a HUMAN who would call to check in with us to make sure that our delivery dates were met and that the carrier performed as required. We were very pleased with the carrier that Ship A Car Direct selected for us both in terms of price and professionalism. All in all, a very good experience. We will be using them again.
