Ship A Car Direct gave me great peace of mind, while shipping my car from Pennsylvania to Nevada. Although their quote was a bit more expensive then other brokers, they were well worth every penny. I found their website very helpful, with step by step video's that detail the process of what to expect.

When I called to get more information on their services, I talked to John in customer service. John was very friendly, professional and helpful in answering all of my questions. John kept in contact with me from the pickup to the delivery of my car. He also gave me his direct line, just in case I needed help staying in contact with the carrier company.The carrier company (Aledi, LLC) was booked for my transport and they were very professional and stayed in contact during the transport. My car was even delivered a day early and was in great shape!

I would definitely utilize the services of Ship A Car Direct again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto shipping services.
