We've shipped two cars now using Ship a Car Direct and were very happy with the results of both. I was especially pleased with our Customer Service Rep, Eve. She was very prompt at returning communcations be they emails or for phones calls and worked very diligently to get our cars shipped in the time frames we were aiming for. I also appreciated the very thorough app they offer for documenting your car before and after transport. We will definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again in the future.
