I moved from Massachusetts to California, which is a logistical nightmare, but I was very impressed with this service. The carrier came to pick up my car and drove it to his truck (due to the small streets where I lived). The timing worked out great, the driver actually came to the airport in my car to pick me up when I arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was happy with the service.
