This industry is unable to accurately adhere to projected times for pick up & delivery due to weather, traffic, possible maintenance problems, delivery routes, and coordinating for a "full load". Remember that their scheduling is determined for their convenience and financial gain - not yours. I was quoted a higher price and chose this company because it was explained to me that their higher price would ensure a speedier result. After time passed they "had to increase my cost/price" to get a pick up scheduled - Caveat Emptor always. The car was delivered a week later than projected in good condition.
