I submitted a claim for the pick up of my car and requested that the earliest day for pick up was the day after i submitted the claim. Because of this, it took around 4-5 days to have my car picked up. The company that they contracted out to was not very professional. Their voicemail box was always full so they were hard to get a hold of. They also had a delay in the delivery. I was not upset about the delay, it was due to flooding in Louisiana, but they never contacted us to let us know the reason of the delay. We tried to contact them several times and eventual got a hold of the via our Ship a Car Direct representative. Overall, I was not super happy with my experience. My car was delivered with no marks or anything like that but it was frustrating to get a hold of the company shipping my car. Ship a Car Direct should not contract out to companies like this.
