The first customer representative who assisted me with my order, Stefan, was not reliable. He never answered when I called and never returned my calls. After a complain, I was assigned to a new customer representative, Angela, and she was very professional and trustful. She helped me a lot to get through the process and to coordinate with the transport company who carried out the delivery. The delivery was perfect, right on time and with all the requested arrangements.
