I was very happy with the carrier they had assigned for transporting my car - they delivered the car on time and without any issues. Talking to Ship-a-Direct was also a good experience mostly. They were frank about their role as broker and their commission fees. It might be difficult to contact the customer rep on your own time because they seem to be so busy or on the phone always, which is understandable. I did not receive responses on time for a couple of voicemails. But everything turned out really well in the end. Karen did a great job coordinating between us and the carrier regarding the pickup location and time.
