We waited three days for our car from start to finish. The car was picked up in Northern Illinois and delivered in Northern Florida. It actually could have been less if we wanted to meet the driver at midnight. He was actually willing to make a delivery at that time. We opted out of that offer, but appreciated the gesture. The next morning he also was willing to do an early morning 7:30 delivery. We were about 1/2 late in meeting the driver, and he was friendly and courteous despite our late arrival. We had to drive to a parking lot in a shopping center, as our development does not allow this type of delivery. We have used this service twice, and both times the drivers were courteous, met pick-up and delivery expectations, and delivered our cars safely and undamaged. As well, both the drivers called en-route to provide us with updates on approximate delivery and arrival times. I would use the service again and would recommend others to should they have a need to transport a car. I believe the pricing to be very fair. Because our cars were undamaged, we did not need to file a claim.
