Bad Customer Service

Reaching the Customer Service or Contact Person is a nightmare. Whenever you dial it will go to Voice mail. I clear mentioned , Dont Pick up during Business hours in the Order and even highlighted several times on the same. But the carrier came to pickup in business hours before one day of actual pickup and created hell lot of problems. These people dont know whether the vehicle picked up or not ... and they are not bothered it was picked as per the customer requirement or not .........
they will assign some carrier .... they will ask for payment .... thats it their job in my case .........
After that no communication ... no updates .... even though u try to reach them ..... getting them in phone is very puzzeled.

Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service, and that the carrier arrived to pick-up too soon. Carriers can provide timing estimates but they can't accommodate all restrictive preferences. They do work during regular business hours so it can spare some frustration to plan for that and/or ask a friend or family member to help out.
