I contacted Reliable Carriers 3 years ago and my first contact was with Damon Sewell. He assisted me to arrange pickup of my newly purchased car in York, Pennsylvania and transport it to Sarasota, Florida. I was not present for pickup or delivery and left communications on both ends in the care of Mr. Sewell . Three years later I made my second call to Reliable and asked for Mr. Sewell once again because my first experience was so positive. He arranged transport of my same car from Sarasota to Reliable's Headquarters in Canton, Michigan. Once again Mr. Sewell looked after communications with the driver and the person at the point of pickup and looked after everything masterfully. Two days ago I drove to Canton, Michigan and met Mr. Sewell in person and retrieved my car in perfect condition.. He and Reliable exceeded my expectations once again. Mr. Sewell seemed to have his finger on the pulse wherever my car was in the shipping process. I felt I was getting the personal touch from a large business entity. The next time I transport it, I'll be shipping with Reliable and I'll be asking that my contact be Mr. Damon Sewell.
