I too thought that a company with all great reviews was fishy, but I was wrong. I received a quote from Number 1 Auto and I decided to give them a call based on these reviews. The man that assisted me was very helpful and friendly and was a pleasure to talk to. After reconfirming that they were the ones I wanted to do business with, he asked Rob to speak with me and get the plans set on paper.

Rob, was very helpful getting my car set up to be shipped. Being a bit nervous about buying a car from a different state to have it shipped to mine, Rob helped me understand the process and assured me that he would take care of any issues. He responded quickly and was always available for contact (never had to since he answered all my questions quickly). He gave times and dates of when the car would be picked up / dropped off and they were very accurate!

The only slight annoyance was the driver only gave me a heads up of one hour of when the car was being delivered. Due to traffic conditions, it's hard to predict the exact time the car would be delivered, luckily Rob mentioned it would be dropped off that day and I was ready for it to be delivered.

Great company to ship with, kept their word and never had any issues. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know if they ever needed a car shipped across the states. If I ever needed to ship a car across the states again, I would choose Number 1 Auto, no doubt.
