Had to ship an uncommon item (Firewood Splitter) long distance from a remote rural small city to another remote rural small city. Symon went more than the extra mile to find a carrier that would even take the job, then for an affordable price. He was prompt in all communications re: status updates to the very end...even during illness. Oh my, very rare to have that dedication, intelligent and honesty perfect customer service. He had to be creative then found the perfect hauler and perfect driver. Well done Symon...you delivered my baby!!
