Transport scheduled for early afternoon. Driver was delayed until 6:30 pm and I had to keep calling him to get an updated status. Point-to-point delivery was also out the window, the driver had me drive to a public location, about 3 miles down the road, so that the loading would be "easier". My vehicle was the last one loaded, 12 of 12 on a transport to Salt Lake City, my drop-off location was in southwest Utah. The driver left for SLC after my pickup and was determined to arrive at my new home at 7:00 am. the next day, requiring me to chase the transport overnight so that I could take delivery the next morning. I made it home at 2 am, to receive delivery at 7 am. Where and how the driver slept is a great question. On delivery of my vehicle, home-to-home was again, not an option and we met on a public, wide street. The price is fair, the vehicle was not damaged and it worked out in the end. This is the 2nd time I have used these folks, my first experience in 2022 was much more positive. Shipper beware!

Not everyone ships a car every day, so they may not be aware of the limits and legal restrictions associated with truck drivers. These restrictions can greatly impact transit times, as well as their ability to load in certain areas. As a result of this, we are unfortunately not always able to guarantee specific load or drop-off times. You may also be asked to meet at a nearby location that is accessible for the truck.
