Mustafa was GREAT!!! We appreciate that he communicated with us and answered his phone when we called him! The vehicle was picked up with in the 24 hour window we were promised AND delivered earlier than we first expected it!!! The score of 4 out of 5 on Hold Time/Promptness was because I needed to call to check in. When I did call someone was available to talk - but I always needed to call to follow-up on the schedule and timing. Once the vehicle was picked up - smooth sailing!!! We are very satisfied!!! Thank you!!!
