My first time using transport services. I was originally pleased with the constant communication of the broker but it quickly turned into harassment sort of. I was unaware that they have auto dialer set when you book their services. The original promise was quickly lost in locating a driver. The original quoted price was increased because they couldn't find a driver. Needed my vehicle on the day originally anticipated not days later because company lowballed themselves. Not Satisfied.
