I would HIGHLY recommend Mercury Auto Transport if you're looking for a cross-country move or are in need of shipping a vehicle. Not only did our broker, Joel Licata, communicate clearly and effectively with what he and the company could do for us in regards to shipping our two cars from CA to TN but he got us an even better price than our original quote and the cars made it to our destination 3 days faster than expected! Unlike other auto transport brokerages, he was able to negotiate a way for us to pay the trucking company digitally rather than going through the hassle of cash/money order. I also really liked that while he communicated clearly and giving us a detailed logistical picture of what to expect when shipping our cars, he wasn't giving us canned sales responses. He was genuine, available anytime I had a question, communicative around schedule times for pick up and drop off of our vehicles, and got us a price that was nearly $500 less than some of the competitors that we were considering. I'm deeply grateful to Joel and Mercury, as cross country moves are stressful and costly enough but this was a breeze. Our cars made it safely and I will definitely be using them again.
