I was cheated by 2 shippers and was in low spirit and desperation. Just then I got the quote from Load Time Logistics. I noticed the commission/Admin fee was lowest there, and whole process is transparent. I asked Robert to increase the list price, so that my car will be picked up faster, otherwise I would have spent on rental car. Best thing was I could talk to him after hours as well as weekend. The trucker was also very polite and gentle. Overall a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot.
