I have shipped many times and have had some bad experiences, from damaged vehicles to dishonest drivers and brokers that would not refund deposits when they could not come through with promises. I have used Jim many times for the last two years and I am happy to say that his company is the best out there. Jim is as honest as could be. He stays in touch with you throughout the whole process and does not even take a deposit from you until he has a truck for your vehicle. There have even been situations where he promised a particular quote and when it was more, he took the difference off of his end. I will continue to use Jim in the future as I can't imagine anyone providing better service. Use Jim and his company with confidence!
