King of the Road and Safe Auto Transport did almost everything they said that they would do except increase communications with the actual driver early in the transport process. my car was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery but it did not arrive until Friday. early communication with the driver would have provided me with more comfort about knowing the status of my delivery rather than other people trying to guess their delivery schedule.
