After speaking with many companies, I chose to use Jays Auto Transport. Jay was the most responsive to my needs and questions. His customer service was superior to the other 9 companies that I spoke with. Jay is very honest, truthful and straight forward. He did not take advantage of a customer who was clueless. He went over everything one step at a time until we undstood the process. Up until the day AFTER the vehicle was delivered, Jay was still checking in to make sure things went as planned.

An outstanding job by a company that actually cares about the customer. You need to use Jay's services! 5 stars for sure.

Thank you Steve. I move about 2,500 vehicles a year. As a one man company I find it hard to take the time to get people to this site and write a review. I'm just too busy. Some of my competitors seem to make that the number one thing they are concerned with - getting reviews. I put all my effort into moving the cars. Thank you again for taking the time to write the review. I appreciate it very much.
