I have used Intercity Lines a couple of times in the past and once again they came through with flying colors. Sharon at the main office was very thorough on the schedule and with communication as to when the car would be picked up by the driver, Roy. Sharon had given me Roy's direct phone number and before I got a chance to call, Roy called me with the pick up time, where he was at and on what day I would hear back from him. Punctual on all counts. He even inspected the car and called me to describe as I had told him what to look for. Very professional on all counts! He periodically called throughout the trip and kept me abreast of where he was in transit. On the morning of delivery, Roy called to let me know that the car had been uncovered and unloaded at the designated spot close to my home, as I live on a hill and wanted to make it as easy as possible for him to unload as they DESERVE it! He was an hour plus early and had even dusted the car! What service! Sharon and Roy work superbly as a team and treat every car as if it's a $1,000,000 car! Kuddo's to these two and the company as a whole! In addition, expect a surprise follow-up call to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Customer service all the way and Intercity Lines knows what that's all about!
