THIS IS A SCAM.

I went onto uShip and they contacted me saying they would ship both my cars for $600 a piece. Stupid, stupid me decided to go with them.

After we received our quote email, we spoke to Teddy and made our arrangements. We saved up and made our deposit of $150 in July.

I NEVER received a payment confirmation. We were moving August 19th so had given them more than a month in advance to prepare. They never contacted me and I was the one who would contact Teddy who assured our cars were being picked up on the 18th and the driver would contact us before then.

So, here comes August 18th and it's getting later and later. No calls, nothing. We spent ALL DAY calling Golden Auto Transport. We FINALLY got a hold of Teddy ((561) 859-9874) who told us to call Matt ((786) 365-0865) and hung up on us. When we got a hold of "Matt", he told us he had no idea what we were talking about and told us to call their dispatcher ((305) 709-8931). Their phone was off.

We NEVER got a hold of anyone and they NEVER called us.

We finally gave up and found another auto transport company. They were able to pick up our cars on Thursday and dropped off Sunday.

I am so disgusted with this company. As soon as we figured out what happened, we filed a dispute with our bank, WON, and had our deposit credited back to us.

I'm quote # 6005-WF. Anytime you want to redeem yourself "Teddy" and Golden Auto, I'll be here. But anyone who reads this, STAY AWAY.
