Can't say enough about Eddie. I will be honest, I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but I was in a tight spot and needed my car shipped quickly and cheap. The move was very unexpected and I was already short on money so I had no chance. I spoke with Eddie and asked him about some of the reviews I read. He was very well spoken and extremely polite and explained the best he could some of the situations. I told him I was must concerned about the communication part I read. He assured me that there would be no issue most of the problem is when he isnt in the office clients dont send him a email which he lets them know to do if they can't contact him. I was still skeptical so I told him I'd call him back. I really didnt want to go with Eddie even though he seemed really honest and straight forward. I couldn't get some of the communication reviews out my head so I tried to find another carrier for that price and I couldn't. I had no choose I had to go with Eddie. I called Eddie back set up the order and I DID NOT REGRET IT!!! Eddie was very professional every step of the way and did all and beyond of what he said he would do.

After I made the order I was told the delivery would take 7 to 9 days. I was still skeptical so once my car was suppose to get picked up I called 2 days before to make sure it was when we agreed. Eddie told me we were on schedule still. However the next day Eddie called me and told me there was a delay and his driver wouldnt be there the next day he would be there a day after. Normally I was upset meaning but what could I do? So I wait until the next day and sure enough his driver came and picked up the car. I was still skeptical so after 3 days I called and asked where my car was. Eddie pass me the information without a problem. Then i called the very next day to ask again. This time he didnt answer. So I left a message. I waited a few hours and didnt hear anything so I tried again and still no answer and I said to myself "Here we go!" Then remember he told me if I couldnt reach him to send a email. So I sent a email and !2 mins later He responded to me and told me he wasnt in the office but he would find out and sent me another email about 20 mins later letting me know exactly where my car was and even told me that it would actually arrive on the 6 day so it was 1 day late for pick up but 1 day early for delivery which i was thrilled about.

I was skeptical to the very end and now I can say with out question I do and already have recommended Gold Coast Auto carriers. Eddie helped me out and they are 5 stars in my eyes.
