I had a difficult time finding someone to take my 1994 Toyota pickup from FL to NH and had been scammed in the past. Garcia's was the only company willing to not take my deposit until my truck had been picked up, which I was adamant about in order to avoid being scammed out of a deposit again. Also, to protect myself I purchased a Visa gift card for the exact amount of the deposit rather than give my cc information. Originally I agreed to pay $900 ($100 to Garcia's and $800 for the truck driver). The truck driver wanted $900, but as I had already signed a contract, I negotiated with Garcia's and he was willing to split the difference from his commission. So now $50 went to Garcia's and $900 to the driver (of which he was to give $50 back to Garcia). I was told the transport would take 5 days, but the truck arrived early in 3. I was only given 2 hours warning that the truck would be early, but that wasn't an issue for me. I had no issues with the vehicle and everything was in the same condition as when it left its origination location in FL. I would use this company again.
