Adam was my contact person for the whole process and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. Polite and friendly but also smart, understanding, hard working. We ran into some hiccups on the way and he promptly addressed them. He assured us and reassured us properly. He gave me his cell and was always available for questions. He did not shy away from problems. For the company, it was more 4 stars than 5 because the driver seemed confused about our instructions, but Adam did such a great a job, I have to give a 5.
