DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT use the company for transporting your car. I received my car 6 day after picking up. Steven was a kind person until my car came down off the truck and i found a dent in the side finder. Steven said he didn't know how it got there. Then Steven proceeded to say he went through a hail storm in Kansas, which was a lie, he became one of the worst people that i ever had to deal with. I called Nikki on the phone to let her know what was going on, she was the most disrespectful person i have here spoken with.Nikki and the driver Steve can up with a plan to tell me that i had hail damage to the car. I have a 2014 Impala on the dealer show room floor. Steve want to argue with me about how much i paid for the car, which he clearly don't know and must not have a new car and can afford a new car because all i heard from him is he has 5 kids he have to take care off. He stopped for 2 days in transit to visit home. He can't tell me how this dent got on my finder. It could of been at home and he kids playing around the truck..... hell who knows. I spoke to 3 different at there office and all 3 people was on some bull shit. all they wanted was my money and didn't want to help with the situation. Then Nikki and Steven wanted to lie and say i wasn't going to pay. Money is not a problem, but they want to make it seam like it was. I have another car i have to transport and i will not be using this company. I will rather drive my self than use Dirt Racing Motorsport because that is just what they are DIRTY. When they seen i was black they was trying to run game on me and telling me well this is just how business is.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...... RACIEST

Tim our contract stated 6 days for pickup and delivery, which we meet. At the time of delivery your car did have a dent ( size of a nickel) on the fender. My driver acknowledged this and was going to write it up on the BOL but he did inform you that it may be hail damage from the storm he passed through in Kansas. And with any Act of God that it may not be covered. This did not satisfy you so you walked away without paying. Not that you refused to pay, you just didn't. My driver then reloaded the vehicle. Which upset you. This is COD policy. You and your mother then called the office and talked Nicki. She immediately took $100.00 off of your COD to help pacify you, it didn't. You did not want to get 2 estimates as is standard. You just could not be troubled nor did you have the "time". Your where unreasonable to talk to and knew how this should work. After several conversations I (Kevin) told you must pay for the COD or you would not receive the vehicle. You finally agreed to pay minus the $100. The driver received the money, unload the vehicle, wrote up the damages and left. You should be honest and admit you wanted a free transport for very minimal damage. This is not how our business works. You get damages, you get estimates, we decide wither to pay or submit the claim to insurance. Your total estimate damages where $251.00 of which you received $100.00 all ready. Nobody pays for " your time to get the estimate" as you told the insurance company. Our trucks are keep at our secure lot, not at our drivers homes. There would be no children " playing around " the transporters. Money was never the issue except for you not paying it. As for all of the other comments you have made I don't think they even need a reply, as they do not represent me, my employees, or my business.
