Booking the date and time online for pick up was easy. I chose the 1-2 day pick up to narrow the pickup date that was more conducive to my schedule. In a few days my vehicle was assigned a driver and the pickup date was assigned. The driver called a day later and went over the pick address and time that he would be at my location. Everything was all set with no problems. On the day and time of the pickup, the driver was right on time as per our conversation. He looked over the vehicle and then loaded it on to his trailer, again no problem, the process was simple and took only a few minutes. Two days later the driver called and said he was about an hour out from the drop of location and gave me a time that he would be there. He showed up on time and off loaded my vehicle. I looked over the vehicle for any damage and there was none. The whole process from start to finish was so simple and easy. The drivers got to my location extremely fast (Texas to New York). Direct Express Auto Transport did a great job, I am completely satisfied and would definitely use them again.
