Luke at Champion was very helpful , polite and easy to get hold of. The carrier they chose was not as easy to get in contact with Pickup was a day early---GOOD they claimed the vehicle would be delivered within 3 days and it took 9 --I was starting to worry Carrier was based out of North Carolina and thats where I assume the vehicle sat until they had enough cars going to the Atlanta area They also claim the truck broke down on the road which could have slowed down delivery time. All in all it was the best deal we could find and would use Champion again. After all they are just brokers and have limited control over how other trucking companies are run.
