Excellent, personal, prompt service. We shipped a car from Oregon to Maine. We'd never shipped a car before, and had a lot of questions. Our Beacon contact answered her phone or responded to phone inquiries, texts, and e-mails within minutes after every contact and never tired of our questions. We had one communication snafu with the driver at the receiving end, but Beacon resolved the issue within minutes after one phone call. In the future I would not use any other shipping company.
