DAna was great, price was exactly as quoted. I was able to change the original time to a earlier pickup and delivery without problem. Only thing I would like to be done better is to dispatcher should call about 12 hours inadvance to provide an estimate time of arrival for pickup and delivery in the 2-3 day reserve time.
