The service rep Brian was friendly and genuine. I never felt pressured to pursue business with auto transport123 after talking to him. Although I talked to a few other companies who quoted my transport at a cheaper rate, I think quality of service is more important and I trusted auto transport123. In the end, the price I was quoted at was the price I paid and not a cent more. My car was transported from Cleveland, Ohio to Southern California in 4 days! I appreciated the carrier company working with me, as I was NOT yet in California when they arrived to my new address with my vehicle! Luckily I kept the set of spare keys with me so they were able to drop my car off and lock it without me there. This was not ideal of course but it all worked out in the end. I would definitely recommended auto123 to others.
