Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with. I find it uncommon these days to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers, so it was refreshing to experience this with Gretchen as she worked quickly to help me find the right shipper for my vehicle. Gretchen followed up consistently and was always available via call or text to answer any question I have, she was candid about the existing options, and empathetic throughout the entire process. It was a stressful move for me during a peak season, she found me the best deal that other companies I contacted didn’t and were offering $500+ higher quotes and were rude when I explain that I want to stick within a certain budget. so I am truly grateful for Gretchen having my back as it put me at ease.
