Transporting a vehicle - especially one of great personal value - was a challenge for me. I tried to come up with every potential method not to let anyone else handle my 1997 Jeep Sport which I had completely repaired and restored. Investigating potential vendors on the internet resulted in an immediate shower of quotes and promises - and made the process more confusing. I rapidly boiled the list down to 2 potential vendors, with the others either making grand promises or responding to emails or phone messages. Of the two contenders, the Auto Shipping Group had provided a very basic and modest presentation and reasonable price (but not the cheapest). I held my breath and called the number - and got connected to Adam. He was knowledgeable low-key and very helpful. He answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I had no doubts I wanted to use him to coordinate my delivery. He answered several emails and texts with additional questions promptly and clearly. I did not receive any push contact to get a better price or close the contract to save money, etc - which was evident of other companies. Once the vehicle was ready to ship I contacted Adam - who promptly put the wheels in motion. I received a prompt call back from Adam - and shortly received a phone call from the driver to make pickup arrangements. The drive was polite, professional and inspected and loaded the vehicle smoothly. The delivery was just as flawless. Adam was most helpful every step of the process. I plan to use his company - and specifically Adam - again and would highly recommend anyone wanting that great experience in service and results to do the same. Thank you, Adam!!
