I called Auto Shipping Group on Tuesday 8/4 in the evening hours after waiting over a week for another transport company failed to follow through. I was connected with Lance and he had my car booked and picked up the following evening. This was incredible since I just dealt with another company that failed on every level of customer service. Lance was a complete pro, handled everything immediately and I had zero problems. This is what customer service should look like. He and his company are a pleasure to work with and will get the job done! If anyone is planning to ship a car anywhere, beware! There are many companies to choose from ,but If you want it done right I highly suggest you go with these guys. You won't be disappointed! To the powers to be @autoshippingroup Lance is unequaled in customer service and an asset to your company.Give this guy a raise! This kind of service is hard to come by theses days. Thanks again, JB
